Chiroptera

Known as the "Party Fae", this enigmatic dragon isn't listed in any of the Tourmaline Archive's inhabitant records. Some postulate that she is a former scholar who went mad from her research. Others say she is an impish spirit or even minor deity who encourages festivity in the face of everyday burden. And more still see her as one of the many anomalies/cryptids that haunt the Starwood Strand. According to her, "the universe is all one big joke, and it's on us."

She appears to have the power to warp the fabric of reality somewhat, in order to accommodate the large, opulent parties she spawns. She appears to always be in a laid back, jovial mood. It is very hard to tell if you have angered her, as she'll simply invite you to the festivities regardless. It won't be till later, when you've been dancing to the brink of exhaustion, that you realize you can't stop. Compelled to dance forever until she deems fit for it to end, not even allowed to collapse and die until she releases you, while bones splinter from the repeated impact and skin begins to swelter and peel.
