Origins
A devoted Plague Mirror Dragon with a purpose.
Blink is an avid follower of the Plaguebringer and her ideologies, and is travelling far and wide in a mission to prove himself. He'll do whatever it takes to be seen as strong and worthy of the gift of life, unconcerned with the destruction and harm he may bring to others in his quest.
Blink has left the Scarred Wasteland and his birth clan behind him in a journey to travel Sornieth and pit himself against the best of the best. He hasn't stopped to settle anywhere since, and is determined to not stop until his purpose is fulfilled.
He will do whatever it takes to be the most worthy, though he may come to find his world view being challenged in more ways than one...
About Him
Why he speaks the way he does.
Blink is far from stupid. Perhaps foolish, reckless, and brash, but not unintelligent.
That said, he tends to speak in short, simple sentences that are often incomplete. It's one of the first things dragons notice when speaking to him, and it's not uncommon for it to cause them to make certain assumptions about him. On multiple occasions, it has lead to him being severely underestimated.
Simply put however, it's just because he believes it is an utter waste to dedicate any further time or cognitive power to constructing fuller sentences. If they understand what he means, he doesn't need to pad it out with unnecessary words.
Time wasted on fancy sentences is time lost for bettering his body.
