Biography
Soteria remembers hearing the waves foaming and crashing to the sand, the gulls screaming through the sky, the feeling of the sand between her claws, and the sight of the vast blue ocean before her. It was just a flash in her mind, a vision, but it was where she was destined to live the rest of her long life. She left her family's clan and found her charge and all that came with it.• • • The land that she claimed was severely overgrown, and littered with abandoned structures that were about to crumble. Clearly a great town of the past, she meant to rebuild it and start her own clan, but to do that she would need help. She turned to the Tidelord, and hoped that her missing god would grant her one wish. FOLLOWERS |

The shining sea lay before her, glittering and bright as the sun sunk into the horizon. She was tired, no, exhausted. How far she had flown she did not know, but she felt deep in her soul that she had landed for the final time and found the home she searched for. The potential for the land she took her charge to filled her heart with pride, and with a content sigh she finally took her rest. The next few days, as she explored and took in her new home, she couldn't help but feel as if she was being watched. Unable to shake the feeling, she set up several traps around her new territory in order to rest her nerves. She wanted to dismiss the feeling as just her being uneasy in a new land, but her intuition was rewarded when she found a dragon caught in one of her traps. A male guardian was caught in her net, defeated and tired. The ground was torn and damaged from his struggles to escape, and his eyes looked at her desperately. She tried to speak with him in every tongue she knew, but he either couldn't or wouldn't speak back to her. Seeing this going nowhere she liked, she carefully freed him. He fled as soon as he was able to, and she let him go untroubled. She had a feeling they would meet again. |
