Personality and Interests
Perceval has a very high opinion of himself and tends to get tetchy if he's insulted. He will get into fights over insults, though he claims he's above violence. He will fight dragons much bigger than him without blinking an eye. He does tend to hide anything that would actually hurt his feelings. This means that most dragons just don't know Perceval beyond the image he projects

Biography
Perceval works distributing messages. He always seems to know just where to send a message. He can also help you word things the right way. He never breathes a word of what he sees or hears, so your secret is safe with him. He's 90% sure a spy ring passes messages through his services, but that's not any of his business.
