Biography
ShadowWarrior, although an Earth-born dragon, has found herself right at home in the few snowy landscapes scattered around the Viridian Labyrinth. Her dark body and wings, coupled with the pure white Flecks all over her, make it impossible to see her amidst the snow and ice.
She is both a scout and a warrior, standing guard where other dragons cannot. Her small size allows her to remain hidden in small nooks and crannies, perched atop a rock, curled up on a tree, hidden in the pitch-black darkness of the night and the white snow.
ShadowWarrior's familiar, a Black Wolf, is also her mount. It hides just around the corner, waiting for her to attack an enemy before jumping them while they are confused. Sometimes, when there are too many enemies, ShadowWarrier and her wolf will charge at them. The Black Wolf purposefully gets some snow on its back to better hide its friend, masking her white Flecks with the snow on its fur. Dragons that were attempting to invade the clan's territory will almost always leave with some bite marks, or, if they are truly unlucky, with sand in their eyes, leaving them to stumble away in a -quite literally- blind panic, scrambling to try and figure out where the next attack will come from.
ShadowWarrior shifted between the strands of dark fur. Beneath her, Lorel growled, ears twitching. It wasn't often that they patrolled the Boreal Woods, but she had been asked to hunt some Black Wolves for their fur. The task wasn't that hard, but she feared how her loyal friend would react to it. So far, the wolf hadn't shown any signs of distress, but for how long would that hold?
She didn't know, and it scared her.
A flicker of movement could be seen up ahead, and both dragon and wolf perked up, heads raising.
A small patrol of wolves, 3 of them, could be seen stalking an Elk. Of the three canines, only 1 had dark fur. She leaned closer to Lorel's ear. "That's our target, bud. The Black Wolf, we need their fur. Are you feeling up to the task?" Lorel huffed, as if to say 'Of course I am, who do you take me for?' The Veilspun nodded, gripping onto his fur with all her might, "Then let's go."
The wolves didn't have time to react.
