Zira is an energetic, erratic dragon. She much prefers to be in the sky rather than on the ground and tends to hover when she stands. While she is no explorer like Stigandr, she does so adore travel. This is why the Lady, with her Upper Circle, approached Zira about filling the courier position. The Clan had been without one since the civil war, rather cut off from their allies and the outside world. It was a big role to fill, the past courier's death being a summoning of a god, but Zira took to it nobly and gladly.

She did it wonderfully - her cargo is as precious to her as her pearl, and she is very capable of defending herself on her journeys in order to deliver it safely.
