Good evening, have you come to hear the story of my past? If you have, please sit down and stay a while, if not then go away.

The story starts out with my brother, twin sister and I waiting to see if we would be going to a new home or sacrificed. My brother and I were offered as a mate for Countess of this glorious Shadow Clan. There were many other young and fancy males offered to the Countess as a mate and to my understanding, the Broodmother did not accept Mirrors in the clan. A few days went by and time was drawing near for the dreaded day of sacrifice and my father decided to push the subject further to try to save at least one of his sons. Seeing the determination of my father caught the interest of the BroodMother so she asked Countess if I was acceptable.

Countess liked the fact that she would be obtaining a mate that was "forbidden" in the clan. We spent a few days on the crossroads conversing, one thing led to another and the next thing I new I was being led home. I have found my place in this Shadow Clan alongside my mate.

I saw that my twin sister had been taken in by another Clan. I was very happy to know that she survived. I wish I could say the same for my brother.... May the Deities have mercy on him.
