Scan the skies.

Few creatures ever look up. Seems silly I know. Especially when we live in a world where so many apex predators are on the wing. But even amongst dragons very few ever pull themselves out of their own self consuming lives to be more aware of what is going on.

It is a problem even within the Wind clan. Too many are wrapped up in their own lives to be in tune with their own element. If we pay attention even a little the winds tell us so much: what storms are brewing, where tensions are rising, what battles are happening, what lies have been told (and by whom), who is missing, and so much more. Its why many wind dragons used to be politically inclined- they had a talon on the pulse of things. So if you saw lots of Windies flying about you knew something was up.

Now with the elements themselves changed and strengthened the wind itself shows colours at times of great crisis. Like auroras flowing from the points of powerful change. It makes my scales itch. You don't have to be a wind dragon to see these powerful currents. All you have to do is look skyward. The world is changing. The winds are changing. I don't know what it means
