Water is something Neptune loves, something he respects. He understands its beauty and its dangers. He talks about swimming as if it were a way of life and spends as much time as he can nears the pools and streams, dangling his claws in the fresh ripples.

He favorite pastime is to walk, and sometimes even dance, in the rain. He loves ever single drop and as everyone runs for shelter in a downpour, you can be sure that he is the happiest he'll ever be.
