Somewhere, in a forest swathed in shadow, a hunter lurks. Locals and tourists alike make suitable arrangements to avoid his territory, fearing his wrath. It's a wonder the wild beasts don't run from the area as well. Some speculate he keeps them, caring for them all his days, saying he only hunts other dragons. The hunter hears these rumors. He does not care for them, so long as they keep outsiders away from his home. For what is he, except a simple guardian keeping watch over his woods?
He never meant to cause all of this and would've never thought of doing such a thing until one of the passerbys had mentioned it. Scaring them away? It seemed plausible. Unfortunately, it backfired in some aspects, younger dragons love to sneak into his woods on dares and disturb his peace. Sometimes, the hunter simple wishes they would walk themselves into a circle, give up, and leave. This rarely happens.
