Galaxy

You entered a small observatory at the left side of the plaza, and your breath was taken as you gazed around at the swirls of blue, purple, and twinkling whites encircling the walls. Small sapphire and blue jay feather windchimes sway in the doorway, singing a lovely lullaby.
The inside of the building was even more stunning. the shop seemed to have no floor, and as you stepped in, a floating sensation settled over you, in a way more spectacular than soaring through the sky. The walls were... not walls? It was more like you were in a galaxy itself, marveling at the beauty of a bright star.Beautiful silks floated through the air, wrapping themselves delicately around your shoulder, hips, tail...
Entranced by the experience, you almost didn't notice as a young dragon walked (umm, floated?) to your side. She draped a fine, blue necklace around your neck, and you noticed for the first time that an eerie blue mist was floating from her. In the dark light, she looked like a sacred spirit.
"Welcome, traveler. My name is Galaxy, and I am the master of the universe in my clan. I welcome any and all to my shop, and give them knowledge for free. I spread joy around the world, and hope that my advice will be cherished and will eventually help someone. Let's make tonight a magical one."
She glanced at you, smiled a slightly sad smile, and led you deeper into the floating galaxies and stars...

Backstory
Galaxy was raised in a family that, if not luxurious, managed well. Her mother was a renowned astronomer, and from a young age, taught Galaxy the ways of the stars, how they hold knowledge within themselves, and how their secrets have to be held by few, brave souls. Starguarders, Galaxy's village called them. Being astarguarder was dangerous, even fatal. Dragons didn't like their deepest, darkest secrets being kept by a few that they were not sure that they could trust. Galaxy's father was killed by assassinator for this exact reason. And when Galaxy was five, her mother was lost to the world by the hands of the very same selfish souls that has murdered so many starguarders before them.
Scared out of her mind, Galaxy locked herself in her room for several months, going out of her mind with worry, occasionally getting controlled by star-spirits, voiced inside the hearts of stars that whisper to her stories of war, savage, and death. After a while, they subsided, leaving her with gifts more powerful, and dangerous, than any dragon has ever known to exist except for the starguarders. Now, she was one of them.

She fled from her village, getting help along the way by resistance groups helping troubled dragons, and eventually reached The Clan of the Echos, and found herself a home. It was hard, but the clan accepted her as one of their own, blessed her with their magic, and gifted her with trust. Eventually, she regained enough of herself to observe the stars again, and she vowed that she would help any and all dragons to the best of her ability.
