BIOGRAPHY
Aloof and mysterious, Kiralis always maintains an emotionless expression. He is not very charismatic or interested in talking with others, but he seems to attract other dragons through his good looks and brooding personality. In actuality, he doesn't understand the social cues of most dragons, and is something of a hermit. He prefers to be exploring ancient ruins and roaming the hills of Sornieth with nothing but a knapsack than to be in town around his fellow dragons. He enjoys exploring the Sunbeam Ruins' ancient cities, but has a true passion for nature. He has traveled far and wide in search of rare animals, mythological creatures, and hidden grottos. Although outwardly a loner, Kiralis has a strong sense of morality, and believes that dragons should be held responsible for their decisions. He is a harsh judge, but he's also fair. However, he can be rather strict with people, and he doesn't tend to make friends very often. Kiralis doesn't mind being alone, but after raising Haphys he has realized that he doesn't actually like having no one in his life. He appreciates his adoptive daughter very much, and Haphys' intense passion for artifact research has spread to him. He almost always accompanies her on her trips, and when she goes out alone he often follows from a distance. He's extremely protective of Haphys, though he has some difficulty expressing just how proud he is of her.

BIOGRAPHY
Kiralis was born among a clutch of other Bogsneaks, but was never paid much attention to as a hatchling. He never talked much, preferring to swim in the crystal-clear pools of the Sunbeam Ruins and clamber up tall pine trees. He was always something of a shadow in his clan, and he would often slip out unattended. Kiralis knew who his parents were, but they never made an effort to communicate with him. He wasn't always sure they knew he existed. Eventually, the young Bogsneak simply distanced himself from others. After all, he could be perfectly self-sufficient on his own. Secretly, Kiralis still holds some resentment towards his birth clan and hasn't been back there in years. He decided to travel around Sornieth, hunting and foraging for himself. He would frequently sneak into larger clans at night and take spare change and trash, repurposing it into valuable tools before he would move on. One night, as he was slinking into a Pearlcatcher colony in Ice territory, a turbulent snow squall started up. Wearing a thick fur coat, Kiralis decided it would be the perfect time to borrow some valuables from the clan. It was a routine success, and his knapsack was full of odds and ends he could pawn off or use later. However, on his way back to his hidden burrow, the Bogsneak spotted a tiny Pearlcatcher buried in the snow. She couldn't have been more than a few months old. Kiralis saw himself in the abandoned hatchling, and immediately dropped the night's earnings, hauling Haphys back to his burrow and warming her by the fire. Kiralis has considered Haphys his daughter ever since and has taken her everywhere with him. He wants to be a good parental figure, though he doesn't exactly know how.
