Overview:
Darcelle is a quiet and aloof librarian, one who keeps the shelves organized and keeps lone dragons as much company as she can provide (not much.. but she tries)

Demeter X Darcelle
The library was something Darcelle simply could not get enough of. Her life revolved around the achieves, each and every cover ancient and new imprinted in the back of her mind. For the most part, she uses her adoration for literature to distract from her lack of socialization; because no matter how much she tries to speak to someone, they dismissed her with a wave of their talon.
She knew most of the many faces that frequented the library, the large weathered arcane guardian with a great beard and pale scales, the nocturne that enjoys mimicking the behavior of the characters within the various novels they hoarded in a corner, down to the library spider that minded its business between the shelves. She would smile at them, and they hardly spare a glance.
Thus, she kept to herself against her will. She grew weary of being looked passed, and left her desk less and less the more her esteem diminished. However, she could not help but to peer up from the scroll she was reading upon the sound of a new voice.
Such a bright and elegant obelisk stood before her, gorgeous robe flowing around her build and her well-kept mane generously long. She was something straight out of a romance novel. Darcelle smiled involuntarily, unable to hide her excitement bubbling within her chest. It seemed like she was going to ask her something; her gentle gaze laid upon Darcelle with a hesitation that had her head over heels. But before the stranger had the chance to utter a word, another librarian suddenly approached to assist her - the two exchanging short, blunt conversation right before the dark obelisk's eyes until the newcomer was lead to her desired shelf; leaving Darcelle alone once more.
Her smile faded, slumping back. She kept her gaze upon the pretty dragon for as long as possible in hopes she can get her attention through sight alone. However, she didn't so much look her way - and Darcelle knew that it would be best if she did not disturb her.
She looked back down at the scroll before her, her motivation to read gone.
