Illuminate

As a curious arcane mage by nature, Illuminate has been fascinated by the power and artfulness of fire-born dragons from an early age. In turn she had focused her studies on learning the art of conjuring fire from books instead. Grown weary of her failed attempts, she instead went for what seemed like a logical alternative instead and began experimenting with various alchemical concoctions to change her own element. "If you can change someone's breed, why not my element aswell?", she thought to herself, as her cauldron began to overflow and smoke, encasing her in wafts of dark mist that took her senses away. Coughing, the red pearlcatcher found herself amidst the remains of her cauldron and books. A shiver went down her spine when she heard faint whispering from what felt like inside of her head.
