Biography
Miles Edgeworth || Task Coordinator
Many falsely assume that he runs the treasury, the detective agency, the job bulletin board, the adventurer's guild; just to name a few. And although not all of them are incorrect, they're not quite right either. Miles is in charge of the general task office, issuing out bounties and managing requests submitted by locals and travelers alike. He's also the dragon you'll see to receive your reward for a job well done.
Normally such mundane tasks and matters would be handled among locals, but the frequent traffic of the Keep opens many opportunities. Bounties can be forwarded from and to various regions, allowing for greater attention from bounty hunters and vigilantes alike. Material and rare item requests can be seen by those that may in fact have what you're looking for, delivered straight to you and not the other way around. Missing item, familiar and dragon posters are bound to yield results, with so many eager explorers getting to see them. It was a mutually beneficial expansion that contributed to increased number of travelers stopping by the Keep. This became especially popular among aspiring adventurers who have made it their career to carry out odd jobs and complete bounties to make their living.
Despite not being a part of his job: many local business-dragons started leaving their job offers and lists of requirements with the pearlcatcher, trusting his judgement of character when forwarding said offers to dragons of interest. He doesn't hold full on interviews, but does redirect suitable dragons to their new potential employers.
Both Eleri and Arthur love nothing more than coming over to help with this task, whenever they should be taking a break instead.
All of this was, however, much to the dismay of the dragon in charge. Although Miles likes his job, he isn't all that excited for his office becoming the equivalent of a tavern, full of dragons who are starting to treat him like one of their chums. For a reserved dragon that enjoys undisturbed peace, this has been more akin' to a nightmare than a success story. Finds it particularly annoying that there are dragons that enjoy testing his patience just to see his irritated rebuttals. According to them, it is quite funny, yet he'd beg to differ. All the same, he puts no effort toward doing something about it, leading to the cycle repeating itself with no foreseen end.
Ever since leaving the posh social circles of his kin, it's rare to see his pearl leave it's little cushion on the shelf in his office.
