"The end of the road is when you trip up"

The Mysterious figure known only to some as "The Proprietor" is the money behind Whistleshop. No one has seen his face, or knows who he is as all correspondence goes through golems and drones with hand written messages and, sometimes significant sums of money. There is even doubt as to whether or not the Proprietor even lives within the Shifting Expanse, but one thing is for sure, every functioning mechanic within the shop is relaying information back to its controller so everyone inside had better watch their tongue.

The proprietor is the one actually in charge above even Warden. He gave her a home and the money to get her started, and has continued to fund the research done in the shop ever since. The majority of the purpose and orders from the shop come from the Proprietor's letters, ranging from the overarching project of technologically augmented dragons, to mobility devices for dragons with disabilities, to smaller specialty tech shipped out to larger shops in need of the pieces.
