Biography
Heaven
(Is Not What She Seems)
Heaven.
The shifting expanse of all the mind has ever seen, and everything it has not.
It holds things that would blind a mortal, and so too does it scathe the sight of the unworthy. To see Heaven's full glory is a gift given only to God and His angels, and the one True Saint. His vast and loyal children guard the paradise and all the souls that lay within.
Those precious souls. The honored who have followed in His judgement, and have earned the right to a place within His paradise. A great honor. The greatest for a mortal.
God and Garden
The Garden of Eden, oh blessed Eden, a place of wild things, growing without order, just as the mortal realm does. It is guarded by a gate, and is a gateway in itself. All things that wish to enter Heaven and Her beauty must come through The Garden. Even God is said to be bound by such. It was once sang that His footfalls upon the floating stepping stones of Eden's Ascent once reached all his angels, the sound reverberating in their cores. God's coming home to His children was a glory. So much so they would gather for a celebration and sing hymns in His honor. The honor of His very presence in which they would revel like dogs upon the ground, foreheads press to Eden's blossom-littered floor.
She yet holds the sacred Twin Trees. One holds life; simple, pure, perfect, untouched by the sins of the earth, and a banquet of immortality. The other holds knowledge; good and evil, forbidden to mortal hands, for they should use it only for their own gain. And God planted them out of generosity of freedom, and He let His word be known that they were not to taste its secrets or so lose His grace, for His most beloved creations could never truly be free if not given the choice to obey or disobey His command. So they would sin, and be cast from His garden.
Now only angels live here. They pray and they stand vigil, and above all they do not eat of God's fruit. For He hath given them so much, and so they would not take from Him more than what He had blessed them with. His love is holy enough to sustain their souls, until the Day of Dusk.
Eden, Oh Blessed Eden, Garden Where His First Heart Lies.
She Beats With A Fury,
And From Her All Light Spills
Upon The World.
More Holy Than Holy,
Risen From The Void And His Blood,
Back When God Fell Lonely,
His First Love.
She Is The Dawn,
And So She Has Always Been The Dusk,
The Final Field Upon Which Stars Will Find Themselves
Burnt out,
Lying In The Middle
Of All Of Earth's Blood.
And the place wherein God would arrive after touching Eden's Heart is the beginning of His Wake. The sacred path that strikes through to the heart of Heaven, the road which He walked before time, before angels, before it all, after only Eden. It is maintained to an obsessive degree, and rightfully so. It is a monument to His power, a mark no darkness can sweep away.
