Serious about his position as head of the Disposal Division, Outbreak leads teams of dragons out into the lands of Sornieth with the purpose of safely cleaning up and destroying Emperor and Imperial corpses. Despite his occupation in Emperor's Bane, Outbreak despises doing dirty work. He's extremely cleanly, and sees himself as above such tasks as mopping up dead bodies - however, he continues with his work with the upmost care. Dramatic and vain, Outbreak does his duties all while complaining about the smell and unsightly messes he of all dragons should never have to be exposed to. He'd never admit it, but innards tend to make him rather squeamish. Despite his dedication, Outbreak is very lazy, so instead he uses his second-in-command Sutur to do most of his work while he delegates. He doesn't really care for the younger dragon on a personal level, and doesn't act as if he does. The same can be said for his relationships with essentially every other dragon in the Guild.

Outbreak was one of the first dragons employed by Vultur when forming Emperor's Bane. Beginning as simply a member of the Disposal Division - as most new recruits do - he sought a position of higher power, something he felt he deserved. His opportunity came sooner than expected, as the previous leader of the Disposal Division went ... "out of commission" after an accident involving a misjudged Emperor corpse. Outbreak jumped at the chance, situating himself as the new head. The position may be more than he bargained for, however, but he's far too prideful to back out now. As long as he keeps his position, Outbreak will follow any order Vultur gives him ... which, despite his lack of combat training, makes him one of the most dangerous dragons in Emperor's Bane. His insatiable need to be regarded as "important" may stem from the fact that Outbreak is, in fact, a Charge-less Guardian - something he will publicly admit to not being affected by, as his kind's culture is "barbaric" and "unimportant" in his eyes. Outbreak doesn't discuss his past before joining the Guild, but doesn't hide his disdain for other Guardian dragons.

VULTUR_____
Whether Outbreak agrees with her methods is unknown, but he'll follow her for as long as he keeps his position at the head of the Disposal Division.

SUTUR_____
Outbreak hired the Spiral young, and has trained him to do anything he asks. When he outwears his use, Outbreak will quickly dispose of him.

OSTEO_____
Outbreak only suffers Osteo's presence because the younger Guardian is of use to the Guild. He openly despises him.

FAMILIAR__________________________________________
Outbreak ordered for a Scythe Kamaitachi to be brought to him once he received his position of Disposal Head. He admires the spirits for being precise, cleanly, and elegant - things he relates back to himself. Alistair, as his familiar, always keeps their fur pristinely white - even after slicing and dicing apart Emperor corpses. After they've thoroughly cleaned the blood from their claws, the spirit can be found lounging on the Guardian's back, red, pupil-less eyes staring daggers at any dragon who turns their head towards Outbreak.
