The Raven-Winged Ringleader, Felys runs the circus with an iron claw. Having left her home, she founded the Circus as a way to provide dragons across the world with mystifying and thrilling experiences. The irony of her forming a freakshow, when she herself is one of them, is an irony not lost on others.
