Biography
Name and Title: Belznickel, The Found Background: The Crows found the broken body of this child dumped in the wastes. They weren't far from the border, but it was concerning how The Child of Arcane had ended up so far in the wastes. It certainly didn't look as though he walked there on his own. "I think it's dead, can we eat it?" "You don't know where it's been." "Waste not, want not." "It could be a trap, they may have placed it here knowing you would eat anything and it could be loaded with antibiotics, or bleach, or chlorhexidine." "Then let's take it to Mother, she can fix anything." The Child's body was already in rigor mortis. His eyes were dull and deeply sunken in, this was part due to his malnourished state before death, and the processes after. Still, it was difficult to resist the temptation of plucking out each little, pink jeweled eye to add to their collection. They couldn't allow potential "contaminates" near the Wyrmwound or the Mother, so they brought him back in pieces. They knew the Mother would have to be in a particularly benevolent mood to bring this on back from beyond. The clan would have to make convincing case, their Scrublord would be the one to plead it to her. It was an atrocity to find such a thing dumped in their wastelands. Only they were allowed to body-dump there. They wanted to Bring it Back, even if it was an atrocity against the natural cycle. Know one outside would be able to recognize the Child regardless. They'd convert him, raise him as their own and raise him the Plague way, the proper way. It was their luck that she permitted them to keep him. Only 50% of the original was salvageable. Most of his skeletal frame had to be salvaged from the Boneyard. The Crows claimed to have run a "skin donation" campaign, but had come up with the pieces much quicker than expected. His organs had been tainted... But it was unclear by what or why. The Crows were not known for being a patient clan though, they opted to reuse most of the organs. It was unclear if the brain had been damaged prior to the splitting. They had split the brain carefully, to give each head the proper independence. It was not disclosed how they synthesized the other halves for each brain, though some may have let slip that it involved some kind of fungus. The child could not speak, though one head did possess the ability to screech. Important descendants: Mate: BabaYaga |
