Gawain

1. Occupation/Role: Scholar

2. Background: Gawain joined the clan while on a journey to study about other clans and dragons. He found the MidnightSun's society to be quite interesting and stayed to learn more about their customs and social groups. Eventually he found a mate in Belarian, who joined the clan as a warrior.

3. Interactions: Gawain isn't overly social, preferring to study the interactions of others rather than interact with others himself. He isn't unfriendly, however, and will certainly go for a conversation if someone else starts it. He is always happy to tell others about his research and loves when they are interested in hearing about it.

When it comes to Belarian, Gawain admires her greatly. He finds her strength to be part of her charm and doesn't mind her more violent way of fighting since she fights in an honorable way. He does worry about her going into the battle field though and always hopes she comes back unharmed each time she goes out. Should she ever be in danger though, he will be the first to defend her and will fight with his entire being to protect her.

6. Personality: Gawain is a very gentle dragon who hates fighting. He prefers to settle arguments with a civil conversation and almost always seems to be able to find a way to get others to compromise in a fight. He is strong, despite his mild mannerisms, and will fight if he absolutely has to. This is especially the case when someone he cares about is in trouble and cannot protect themselves any longer.

He is a lover of flowers and anything he finds pretty. When it comes to art, he likes swirling designs as well as nature-based art. He is fond of emeralds and other green gems as well. Should anyone receive a green gem from him, it shows that they have his respect and are a dear friend to him.
