Biography

Aitorel
Aged Tome
x
Reinforced Glass Beaker
Pyschologist

A doctor not of the physical, but the mental, Aitorel traveled from the Hellwell Undercroft in order to practice medicine in Haven and assist the other doctors and healers with the residents of the city. After working successfully for some time she decided a change of scenery would do her good, and believed Haven would allow her to broaden her experience. She did not anticipate the challenges of serving this particular community.
Aitorel’s practices might be considered controversial, but her patients tend to be satisfied under her care. Many elect to follow her more experimental therapies and report positively upon them, which is more than she could have said back home.

Relationships
Aitorel tends to spend long nights at her office researching and developing new techniques to help her patients. She puts an emphasis on forming and maintaining close bonds with those she works with, and keeps extensive (sometimes uncomfortably detailed) records and notes so she does not forget any vital information on any dragon she may not see frequently.

Bahat thinks June is too flighty and optimistic. To her, he's woo-ey and doesn’t take enough stock in hard evidence and science. However, she respects that June is very good at traditional physical medicine and his mindfulness techniques have been helpful to some Spiral clients.

Coworker
Bisque and Bahat both work on the border of unethical medicine, but they produce good and consistent results. She likes to work with him on patients who need both physical and mental support. Privately, she's in agony watching Bisque’s obvious crush on Juniper, but she's never said anything because she's waiting for them to figure it out themselves. She also thinks it's not her place, but eventually she might give them a nudge.
