What have I done to anger the gods? This is a question that has forever burdened Penumbra's mind. From the moment this nocturne entered the world, her life has been full of trials. From large prey attempting to eat her as an abandoned egg to the weather of the realm of Shadow almost killing her in her early days of life, Penumbra has seen a lot. Just by looking at her eyes, you can tell how much this nocturne mourns for an easier, less duty obligated life.

With her anger faced towards the Gods, for she believes they set the course of her life this way, Penumbra is an avid starwatcher. She looks at the stars for messages, for any sign of vulnerability or trouble coming her way. While she has grown to anticipate trouble and promptly address it, she has not outgrown her desire for revenge. Penumbra is training to, in her words, conquer and become one of the Gods herself. Penumbra is viewed as crazy, she views herself as being reasonably angry.
