Kuiper comes from a rich clan in the Southern Icefields. He was always spoiled and catered to as a hatchling, but that kindness came with a price. Kuiper never learned the skills one needs to survive alone, and when he left his home clan as an adult, he was lost.
Kuiper was thankful to be taken in by Clan Ethereal, who welcomed him. It took him some time to settle in and find a proper occupation. It was eventually decided he could be the clan's resident decorator. He manages the upkeep of the lair, and decorates for events and festivals.
Kuiper was always a bit of a busybody until Rina came to the clan. Seeing the sad imperial made him sad, so he did everything he could to befriend her and help her. The two became partners not long after meeting.
Kuiper learned that he was an important dragon, and became a lot more outgoing and friendly. He helped his mate Rina do the same. Now the pair are some of the most caring and outspoken in the clan. Kuiper is especially...flamboyant.
