When compared to her mate, Julia's gift of foresight seems trivial indeed. Still, she is celebrated by many nonetheless - perhaps even more so than Magnus, with his dignified, subdued nature. Though her prophetic sight only gives the Skydancer glints and glimmers of future events, her visions always relate to affairs of the heart. Romance, children, new friends, reunions - while the vast majority of her visions are happy, even vapid, in nature, Julia does occasionally foresee something darker. Heartbreak, usually, but sometimes... sometimes loss.

The Seer is sweet and good natured, endlessly patient and effortlessly optimistic. It would surprise some to know that she was quite shy as a child, before her ability and the attention that came with it built her confidence and social skills. Julia possesses high amounts of empathy and an attentive regard for the energy levels and emotional comfort of those around her. Needless to say, she is quite popular with many young dragons in Clan Ogygia, and a steady stream of lovesick creatures visit her alcove on a regular basis.
