Despite his intimidating looks, he's one of the friendliest, and most knowledgeable staff at the Hot Springs. Need extra towels, but can't find them? Twilight knows. Something broke? Twilight probably knows how to fix it. If he doesn't, he consults with Molli who's a walking knowledge base. Or perhaps you need some extra accommodations. Twilight will do his best to adjust things to meet your needs. Perhaps you might not know, he suffers from high functioning anxiety. No wonder he seems so perfect.
