Biography
Being cooped up in a vast stone castle as a woodworker is not what many young dragons dream of, but to Aveline, it would be a wish come true.
As a small hatchling, she had always watched her father work on various wooden crafts. Whether it be sculpting majestic figures , building miniature birdhouses or carving an elaborate wood weapon, she could feel her father pouring every ounce of his sweat and blood into the family artistry passed down from their ancestors.Unfortunately, the common residents of the kingdom were not as interested in the line of work as young Aveline was.Life was difficult when they could only scrape together little money to maintain the cozy woodwork shop she grew to cherish.Even at a young age, the dragon already had a hunch that the end of the family business was not far if she does not take any measures.
Determined to keep their unique tradition alive , Aveline promised her father that she will become a successful craftswoman to provide the both of them a better living.To her pleasant surprise, the Prince of the kingdom took notice of her special talents, and offered Aveline a spot in the castle as his personal woodcarver.She was reluctant to leave her only family, but if it meant that her father could afford to continue their crafts, she would gladly take the Prince's proposal.There is a price to everything, after all.
