Estrea, unlike many of the dragons who end up in Adelaide's domain, did not have a particularly hard birth, nor was she shunned for any reason. In fact, she had a relatively normal hatching and rearing. She was loved by her parents, and her original clan. To be honest, there was no need for Estrea to leave her clan.
Except for her sense of adventure.
Estrea loved to explore. Growing up in the domain of the Earthshaker, there was always some knook or cranny to slip into, some gemstone to find. But soon each cave seemed the same. Each gemstone looked similar to the last. And Estrea grew bored.
So she set out and somehow managed to find her way into Adelaide's territory. The Domain of the Gladeskeeper offered almost endless exploration. Every tree and plant seemed different, every creature held different characteristics than the last. She loved it all, and requested to be able to stay for a while. Adelaide agreed, almost instantly, which surprised Estrea....but the Tundra explained that All were welcome in her territory, for as long or as short of a stay that they wish. It struck a cord with Estrea....and in her heart, she hopes she never gets bored....so that she never has to leave.
