Pure Progen G3
No one told her anything. When she opened her eyes she was already beyond the reach of the clan. She had no idea where she came from, who her parents were. She only knew that she was alone and the woods were quiet.
She sat there for a few hours. She was hungry, cold, scared. She was at a loss for what to do. Soon enough her legs strengthened enough to walk. Her wings let her fly. She headed north, unsure of where else to go.
After what felt like hours, she stumbled onto a cliff. The cliff looked out over the ocean. It was beautiful. The sun was setting and the darkest parts of the sea were lighting up with life as waves crashed against rocks. The young dragon decided that until she could find a place to call home, she would live there. She would live among the beautiful blue sea where it met the forest green. She would make her home there as long as she needed.
Sometimes curious dragons wander by her home among the sea and trees, but they never stay long. They never offer to be her family or give her a home. She is still waiting. Waiting for someone to offer what she has been waiting her whole life for.
(Will elaborate when I have the spoons to make this sound pretty, but as a love letter to her established lore:)
She met a young mirror who was travelling before returning home and he asked her to come with him. She seemed hesitant though, as she has been offered this before but none seemed too serious. This young male on the other hand stuck around until she decided. After spending a few days together she wanted to give it a chance and leave with the dragon who reminded her so much of the ocean.
After a days worth of travel she arrives at a clan of bustling dragons. She is introduced to so many colors and personalities that it honestly overwhelms her at first. The male leading her seems to understand her crest expressions well though, because he leads her directly to what he calls 'his spot'. She immediately relaxes when she sees the view. 'His spot' happens to be nestled right on a cliff overlooking the ocean, surrounded by a grouping of trees. Its quiet, and private, and so much like the area she had once deemed her home.
It's on this cliff, days later when she finally settles on her own name, as if settling into the new life before her.
