Minty loves to forage for herbs, despite exclusively eating fish himself. The Coatl is keenly capable of identifying plants by smell more than any other sense, often smelling a small patch before any other dragon can see it. However, easily distracted by his finds, he rarely goes foraging without stronger, less distractible dragons accompanying him, as the best herbs are rarely in the safest clearings.
With the herbs he collects, Minty investigates novel properties, focusing on healing potions and salves. However, his research has also led to the development of perfumes that scouts use to draw less attention from prowling shade-touched beasts, potions to enhance or even introduce novel magical effects to abilities, and loose incense used by the divination experts of the clan.
The Coatl is quiet due to his weak grasp of common dragon language, but enjoys practicing through conversing with patient companions. He is a frequent visitor to the underground lake, where he often shares spare incense with Swan as well, and is one of Alcyone's closest companions. The two always both leave a shared meal or workspace together beaming, with Minty thrilled to have a patient conversational partner and Alcyone appreciating praise and interest towards his work and a soft-spoken friend.
