Maximus

Quite by accident, you stumble across a tiny oasis in the middle of this blasted wasteland. The trees are wizened from the endless drafts of biting sand, but you can feel a hint of some much-eroded magical shield in the air. You can see some of the plants have born fruit, but something about the look of them turns your stomach slightly.

He mostly likes to sit around and look pretty - on sunny days, he basks on the terraced plains over his clan's excavations, doing the sums for the latest cash transactions. Being well aware of his beauty, he often flirts to get a better price on goods.
(Crim is, for that reason, rather fond of him.)
The typical sandblasted appearance of the electric wastes saddens him. He's made an effort to import his favorite plants from the wilds of his youth, and generally liven up the lair a little. This occasionally gets on his clanmate's nerves.

Although he makes an effort to avoid showing it in front of the rest of the clan, he and Elster are good friends. On days when she's willing to brave bright sunlight, or nights when he's warm enough not to mind the dank wetness of her lair, they'll talk for hours in quiet murmurs. What a plague dragon and a nature dragon devoted to their elements have to discuss is still, alas, a mystery.
