79501675_350.png A sort of minor idol for those who don't want to shell out mass amounts of money towards mega corporations, as well as being a general nuisance for maintanance workers throughout the neon-filled cityscape. Dominica is bubbly and twitchy- electricity surging through her veins in a manner that not even lightning primals can match regularly- making her speech so quick that she often stumbles over her own tongue, but never seems to even notice.

Dominica can be seen around Plumire's highest concentration of electrical sources, be it a power plant, club lights overloading from strain and long use, or just a particularly flashy neon sign. She gnaws on cables and eats the charged copper, giggling when the workers and security try and catch her- but they never do. With her pretty smile and elusive nature, it's no wonder that Dominica has gained a minor following over her many years of mischief. "go get em Sparking Spiral!" they cheer, making Dominica laugh even more and disappear into a flash of messy sparks. Did she just... vanish into the cables she chewed open?

The only other individual that seems to be aware of where Dominica will strike next is Roland, but he doesn't care for authority and never snitches on her. Dominica thanks him by occasionally annoying him and giving the grumpy mirror heaps of stolen borrowed circuit boards, gold cable fillings, and charged gemstones (Dominica never tells him how she finds these items, especially the gems, and Roland doesn't bother to ask. He just takes his odd gifts and seals himself away in his workshop).
