Biography

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A STORY BEFORE SEND HELPSAFJHBSFJFVH

ALSO TO WHOEVER SEES THIS, YELL AT ME TO FINISH WRITING, I KEEP FORGETTING (don’t be polite about it either)

She could hear sounds. Faint, but they were there. Like they were calling to her...
She gingerly moved one of her talons up to the wall, where she could see light shining through. There was an urge to escape the confinements of these curved walls, see the light, follow the sounds...
She took her talon and slammed the side of it as hard as she could into the wall. She was rewarded with a small sound, a crunching sort of sound. Was the wall giving way? The urge to get out was now fueled by the fact that the small vessels that circled around the wall were starting to suck back into her, she could feel the warmth of the liquid in her body. What was the problem with that? She was starting to feel as if her chest was constricting, and she wondered if the vessels were what kept her chest from not feeling like that...
She had to get out.
She flung her head, which had wide, blunt protrusions, backwards into the wall, giving her more cracking sounds. She did this again, tearing the lining of the walls. The third time doing it, there was...something. Light...
She pushed with her back legs, with all her energy...
And she split a crack along the wall, pulling herself out of the egg. The brightness was scorching against her four eyeballs, making her squeeze them shut. She shook off a bit of goo stuck on her leg...and something heaved her into the air. She lifted her eyelids, just a bit, and found herself gazing into beautiful deep green eyes, looking at her with such awe and adoration. This green-eyed dragon had gained the newly hatched dragonet's undying trust forever.

[insert amount of years where i will do research on to find out how dragons age] later...
Flare was at home, doing some "homework" (she was actually sketching instead, her times tables pushed to the side of the desk), her mother and father out to a Gathering session. She was sketching her mother, with her beautiful pale white stripes, dark body...
She was planning on showing it to her mother when she got home. Her mother was way too sweet for this world, always giving to others, helping dragons with tasks, gifting treasure to the homeless...
She was snapped out of her daze to the sound of the door opening. She quickly tried to throw the sketchbook across the room, where it's cover would blend in with the wood, but it slipped from her talon, catching itself on the meat drying hook (which was thankfully new and unused). Her father, Tapho, walked in through the door, a split second after she had pulled her homework out, charcoal stick in talon, to pretend like she had been working. Usually, her parents would be hauling sacks of deer, quail, rabbit, and other prey, but what struck her as odd was that her father only had a very small sack in his talon.
"Either a Scorchpaw Prowler ate your kill when you weren't looking, or you were so slow that the only thing you could catch was a dead mouse!" Flare joked, hoping that Shimmerstreak would be hauling the rest of their food for the week. Her father looked up, and startlingly, his snout was wet with tears. Something was wrong. Very wrong.
"Dad, where is Mom?" she said, panicking.
He looked away from her wide-eyed stare.
"Dad, tell me where Mom is."
A horrible gut-wrenching feeling was starting to knot up Flare's insides.
The sack that her father was holding wasn't prey.
It was treasure.
Oh no oh no oh no oh no....
Her sketchbook had been damaged by the hook it was impaled by, letting a few pages fall out of the binding. The drawing of her mother floated down, spinning to a stop at her claws.
Her father finally spoke up, saying in the softest, saddest whisper,
"She was called to serve the Lightweaver."

[3 years later...]
Flare knew she had to get up. She really didn't want to. She wanted to sleep the rest of the day away...but she had to go to schooooooool.
Flare felt a sharp pain on one of her claws.
"AAAAAUUGH WHY!?!"
Her hellspawn of a familiar (whom she dearly loved) removed it's jaws from her poor claw, which was now throbbing painfully.
"Geez, I'm getting up!"
She hauled herself out of her nest to go to school.
But school was so boooooring, just let there be something interesting for once. she thought as she washed the eye crusties out of her eyes with the freezing cold water.
She hauled her scrolls and books into her sack, and then she hopped over a table to grab a slice of Zephyr Sparrow jerky.
"I was saving that for dinner tonight..." her father mumbled from the doorway to his room.
"Sorry, too late, got to go, bye!" she said through a mouthful of meat.
She took off into the air with a running start, mentally groaning at having to carry this heavy bag with her as she flew.
A Fae, whom she recognized from school, fluttered past her, with his extremely small sack of miniature books and scrolls. There was always different sizes of materials in every class, as a Ridgeback can't read a tiny book for a Spiral, and the Spiral would have an immensely hard time even turning the pages of the Ridgeback's book.
Must be nice to only have to carry that small of an amount...she thought directly at the Fae.
Eventually, she got to the school [Reminder to name the dang school already] with seconds to spare before the bell would loudly announce she was late.
"Watch where you're goin'!" a large pink Gaoler shouted at her as she almost crash landed into the group of big dragons that were enjoying breakfast.
"Well, maybe lose an inch in height and maybe dragons wouldn't have to worry about a big glorified Tundra blocking the way!"
Oooooo, this really got the Gaoler riled up. He took a menacaing step towards her, almost closing the distance.
"You daring little -"
BONG! BONG! BONG!
"Oop, gotta go, bye!" Flare yelped in a rush. She dove into the crowd that was moving toward the building. Her first class, [something along the lines of "Class that teaches you about the other dragon types", I just need to a bit of research lol], was on the far side of the somewhat rundown building that was dubbed a school. The crowd was beginning to thin out a bit, as most dragons had their first class in the first few rooms.
She was about to take off, in hopes that she would make it in time, when she ran headfirst into a
