Luna
songstress | gentle | attentive | quiet mate: Sutara | PAIR RANGE Luna remembers little of her home in the Tangled Wood, having arrived at the Sanctuary at a young age. However, she often hummed a tune that none in the Sanctuary recognized but bore similarities to songs of the shadowed flight, a lullaby that lingered in the back of her mind, from a time when there was only darkness. The Sanctuary's dragons were soothed by her lullaby and often came to Luna on trying days, requesting her song. She was always happy to oblige and sang to soothe the soul. However, her voice lacked formal training and she wished to refine her song so outside dragons may find peace through her voice. When she came of age she joined Elise in the court and acquainted herself with outside dragons. She learned the art of music through them, welcomed feedback, and even picked up the harp, adding instrumentation to her song. Upon these interactions and practices, Luna mastered her lullaby and invited the Sanctuary to a concert. The entire clan gathered in the court and Luna sang. Her low voice reverberated through the hall and her harp's strings amplified with pleasing notes throughout. When she concluded her song, she was met with silence. For her audience had fallen asleep. Nonetheless, Luna bowed and allowed them sweet uninterrupted dreams. When everyone awoke, they said they had never felt so refreshed and renewed, thanking Luna profusely for lulling them into such a sweet sleep. Luna continues to sing her lullaby and has even written some of her own, creating a catalogue. Dragons from far and wide seek her out and Luna is always happy to sing her song for the weary dragon.
