A dragon of the prestigious Night Warrior lineage, Erostle came to Clan Riss after the clan put out word that any or all warriors were welcome to join so long as they committed themselves to defending the lair from incursions from the Dark Layers beneath the clan's cairns. Though young at the time he took to training with eagerness and talent, and has since joined the ranks of the clan's cairn sentries.

Erostle has a boisterous personality, at times egotistical and a bit of a blowhard, and he thinks highly of his lineage and his kin. Fortunately, he is also an endlessly friendly dragon, with a mischievous streak that makes him good company to any fun-loving or adventurous clan members. He takes his duties as a guardian seriously, and is very popular with both the younger and elder members of the clan. Erostle makes friends easily and can always be relied upon to greet any visitors or newcomers with enthusiasm. Just so long as they don't mind listening to his unending accounts of his own adventures.

His Charge is his undead nephew, Malus.
