The high court has given Ingram the task of being the liaison between the shadow weavers and the dawn bringers.

Even though the shadow weavers are supposed to not exist to the commoners, the dawn bringers are well aware of them and try to get along as much as they can. Ingram acts as the link between them, kicking over requests to the shadow weavers and vice versa (even if the shadow weavers hate giving any target up) and having the paper trail to follow. Having been a shadow weaver in the past, with her tutelage falling under Branwen as a scout apprentice, Ingram knew she did not have it in her to harm anyone directly. Rhea acquired her from a secretive meeting with Kronos, who reluctantly let her go to the high court. She is the youngest member of the court, and often feels alienated, as if she still belongs to the shadow weavers. She takes guidance from Rhea often.

She spends most of herself writing up the mission and target contracts for administrative purposes before Rhea quality checks them.
