Starkened
It's pronounced "star-kend", rhymes with "darkened."

As a true child of the stark ice fields in the south, Starkened can strip flowery speech and convoluted rationale down to their bare bones. He's not for diplomacy (and neither will you be after spending a few days in his sphere of influence) but he sure does manage to get the point across.
