Ellimere was one of the first Wildclaws to find their way to Clan Ksayla. While she was still a hatchling, she got swept up by a gust of wind while flying a kite too big for her ickle hatchling self. When the kite had finally descended after immeasurable time, Ellimere found herself having been windswept all the way to the Viridian Labyrinth. She was lost and wandering around when (the then Guardian) Ksayla found her and offered to give her a home.

She loved her new family, and loved watching the lair grow, change, and expand. She even attracted a mate, Blaze, whom she loved with all her heart. However she still longed for the Windswept Plateau, to be among her fellow travelers and wanderers. Ksayla thought this yearning would make Ellimere a good choice for Ambassador to the Windsinger and Wind clans. This was the perfect situation for Ellimere. She had a lover and a home, but a reason to travel and see the world. She took her position and duties very seriously, often spending more time on her trips than was strictly necessary. This extra time built some serious bonds between Clan Ksayla and several Wind clans, including Clan Kessin and Clan Millie.

Once, when her Wanderlust got too intense, she vacationed in Clan Kessin, being trained as a fighter in the Coliseum and bonding with her clutchmate, Dart. She spent a fair amount of time helping to be bring glory and honor to Clan Kessin, Windsinger, and her home clan. When she returned, she and Blaze had a joyful reunion, with a big romantic flair (thanks to Blaze's planning). She and Blaze were often the trainers of Embers going to serve Flamecaller, as Lune and Leafina were often too busy with the security of the Clan to spend much time training.

(She's also the clan's Disney Princess™.)
