Garra came from a very large competitive family, with many siblings and her being the youngest, it was quite the challenge to prove herself day to day. It didn't help when all her siblings left to serve the windsinger himself. Alone and distraught she started her search for something of her own to protect. When reaching the coast of the windswept plateau she discovered the, at the time small, clan where she found what she wanted to protect.

As one of the founding members, she quite enjoys watching the clan grow. More comrades and more opportunities. Her need to prove herself lessens each day. Garra tries to act collected but can be very anxious and hard on herself. Even so in the right mind set she's very determined and bold. Very loyal, she has "a heart of gold."
