Reyes is a dragon of the luxurious and the aesthetic. He doesn't much like having such bright colours, but despite his colouration he continues to adorn himself in softly toned clothing and surround himself with a muted aesthetic. |

In his home he keeps only the most pleasant of sights and hangs always-open bird cages about for his friends to flit in and out of. He particularly likes bright birds, going against his resolve in favour of relating to the vibrant creatures that sing on his windowsill. |

| Occasionally, he dabbles in the occult. He particularly enjoys tarot and will do readings for his bird friends, who seem to understand the images and the simple explanations he provides. He rarely does readings for himself, but does enlist the help of his familiar Seymour; after accidentally overwatering it, it turned out that the plant had quite a knack for magickal practice, and Reyes has since delighted in working with it in such endeavours. |

| Though very much capable of flying, he tends to... not. He supposes it's strange for a dragon so infatuated with birds not to want to fly with them, but he's found that his imposing size and strength frightens them off and he'd much prefer to have them around more idly. They seem to like visiting him in the observatory often enough anyway, so he doesn't mind not leaving. |

Resides in The IA Observatory. Stays secluded; by himself. Prefers the company of birds and plants. Rarely interacts with other dragons, but occasionally speaks with Miyu. Head of Shade Disease Research | Studies cultures across Sornieth; particular interest in Beastclans | Lives at the top of the observatory to keep track of moon phases |
