Biography
Quote:
The interviewer tapped their pen on the desk. A subtle click sounded the beginning of the interview.
"Name and occupation?"
"My name is Arviasal- but everyone calls me Avria -and I'm a prosthetic designer. I make fabric and leather fan extensions for dragons like faes and, well, bogsneaks! Recently I've also been trying to expand my works towards feathered crests like skycanders and coatls have. But the feathers have been proving a little... difficult... to set. It's really interesting but- ah, no time to explain!"
The interviewer chuckled.
"Very well, very well. And what brings you here today, Ms. Arviasal?"
"Well I saw an ad in the newspaper about bogsneak lair applications... I've always been hoping to find a lair to settle down at, but searching for the right place takes so much of my time, and time is precious in my line of work! Two thousand treasures and a little interview didn't sound like a whole lot for what's being offered here, so I took the deal."
"Mhm, mhm... And what do you seek in a new lair? Do you have any preferences towards elemental territory or living accommodations? Certain types of communities?"
Avriasal fiddled her claws together as she prepared her answer.
"Hrm... I'd like someplace bright and roomy! With a workspace that's open to the whole lair- I don't mind a couple troublemakers finding their way in so long as I can still socialize while I'm doing my thing. Conversations help me focus! Some place with fresh, clean water. The murky waters of the bogs here kinda get me down. Which is ironic, I know, but all that muck between my scales as I try to soak is just... yuck!"
"Mhm, mhm..." The interviewer scribbled notes furiously into the paperwork before them. "And is that all? Do you perhaps seek a mate or congregation with your own kind?"
"Ah, well, I certainly wouldn't mind a partner! Although I think I'm looking for more of an assistant... Hum. Splitting the work would definitely free up time for hatchlings though, bah-hah! So I guess the answer is 'maybe' or uh... impartial? Either way, I'd love to end up in a larger lair with many dragons to spend time with, bogsneaks or not."
"Splendid. That should be all, then. Unless you have more to add?"
"Nada. Thank you."
"Have a wonderful day, ma'am. We'll contact you the moment a lair accepts your case."
"You as well!"
With another click, the interview came to a close.
