an entity formed from the botched attempts of fossil reconstruction by a modern academic. the return of their long lost kin, the aberrations, stirred their bones to life in the excitement - but they were too far scattered. bones misplaced, replacements tacked onto those they still held onto, they were an amalgamation at best and not their only self.

their lost fragments continue to gain lives of their own, all waking to their own respective facet of personality and just as confusing to the sane mind. all past is forgotten and all individuality, all singularity, thrown to the wind. selethra is an earthbound plague slowly spreading, every splinter birthing a new, determined offshoot with little end in sight.

perhaps even reduced to dust they will remain, cackling all the while.
