Surgeon, Medic, Killer.
Atlas chose his name as a moniker related to his string of serial murders-- one in each region of Sornieth. He believes himself to be a god of life and death, and nothing gives him more of a rush of power than the feeling of a life in his paws. Despite his 'hobbies,' he is a genuinely good doctor, especially when he was working as an emergency trauma surgeon for a number of years. If it's more of an interesting challenge to keep someone alive, the more driven he is to keep them alive. Everything is a puzzle to him. Everything and everyone can have something in store for him, good or bad.

He was never found to be guilty of his crimes. In fact, he successfully framed his twin and had him jailed years ago (little does he know that that jail has been destroyed since then, and all of its inhabitants freed). Atlas got to walk free from the court proceedings and build up his own medical practise. Since then, he's garnered a lot of money, and he's able to live a lavish life, just as a god deserves to be.

Unfortunately for him, his disguise got found out...
