"I've seen a lot of problems with the water pipes, it's seemed quite.. unhealthy?"

"Yes, we've had a lot of fixing problems lately, and sadly enough we aren't able to fix it as our old builder, and friend sadly passed away."

"Ah, I apologize. Is there anything they really wanted before they passed?"

"I believe they wanted a small cottage near a large lake, but I don't know how that would help the water pipes."

"Hm.. Opens much more than you think, friend."
A Cheeky grin, followed by plans and ideas came forth. Bringing forth the old builders' dream, and fixing more than just the water pipes, all because of a start.
The sky seemed a bit clearer that day it was all finished.
