It's quite evident that there is huge value in acquiring a large volume of these:
  • Monetary Gains (daily treasure/interval chests)
  • Festival Currency Drops
  • Unlock Recolors
  • Motivation to participate in site activities (coliseum, alchemy, archaeology, gathering, swap shop)
  • Satisfaction - Collect All The Things!
There's such an overwhelming number of them... the question I guess is how to go about it?
Within my first few weeks the Coliseum gifted me 100 of these guys. It sparked motivation to get all the Coliseum ones. So many of them are so cheap! I've been buying absent ones from the Auction House for 5Kt or below. A few days exceeded that, like when I discovered you need pairs to make progress for Fiona's Shop, but back to buying I went, with a mind for the challenge of getting missing ones from her pairs to drop from the Coliseum.

Thinking I should break these down by location of the familiar.
