Alicia

Alicia has never been one to tell the whole truth. Born to rags and dreaming for riches, his natural path led him to places below the throngs of 'normal' dragon society. Alicia found out quickly that a dragon with clean scales and good looks could get far in the world, and he never stopped testing just how high up the treasure ladder his methods could propel him.

Throughout his life, Alicia has gained and lost the trust of many a-dragon, and thus has floated endlessly from place to place. In his wake, newly treasureless and angry dragons sought for him, and so his life was once endlessly a game of cat-and-mouse.

Although several have tried to 'fix' Alicia, the P.I.A. were the first group of any notoriety to embrace Alice for his true self - a master negotiator with a pretty face... and also a habitual opportunist who doesn't think twice before double-crossing a dragon or two. Conveniently, the P.I.A. are also in possession of a sizeable defense force. For, you know. Reasons.
