Rose

Powerful brawler, instinctual resource hog, Rose manages anything 'security' when it comes to the hoard.

Rose spent his days meandering about the world, searching for it's 'shiniest' treasure. At least, until a wayward, rif-raf clan stumbled into his cave. Now he serves as their guardian (and treasurer. in exchange).

He never thought he'd end up the defacto babysitter of a draggle of drakes but surprisingly, it's not so bad. The dragons make for interesting enough company... and more importantly, they bear treasures. Scraps of cloth, exotic meats, pretty stones, glass buttons- All of it, priceless in the Gargoyle's eyes. And he gets to lord over it all, counting his collection by the day, sorting and re-sorting to his hearts desire, with only the caveat of it not being exclusively his. The dragons Rose cares for are, to put it kindly, in way over their head. Like shrimps in a quickly heating pot, none of them have ever before traversed the unforgiving plains of the Wyrmwound, which means that nearly all expeditions fall to him. All the spoils do too. Well, not all. Rose may be the greedy sort, but that doesn't mean he's completely unaware of how to share.
Moreso... it is painfully obvious that Howell and his companions are dependent upon him. For some reason the abberation cannot explain, he feels compassion for them- this strange group that has stumbled into his home. To this end, he will lend them his protection and his aid. Ensure they eat and sleep, live without continuous fear. Maybe, one day, they will find what they are looking for, whatever that is.

Maybe he will too.

It was an ordinary day, save that Howell and the others were finally back from their voyage. And that they brought a new friend.
And that said new friend turned out to be an alien with a dreadful case of amnesia.
