Hemlock

Ever heard of the wicked witch of the west? Well, this is her. Except, she's more like the weird witch of the west than anything else. She's mostly harmless, and just keeps to herself, though she will once in a while change dragons into cats out of spite and sometimes just for laugh's. Don't worry it's only temporary. You'll just have to fetch ingredients and stir her cauldron till you change back. Just don't get on her bad side and you should be fine, also don't happen by her cottage when she's bored but I guess that's more luck than anything else....

• She scares those that don't know her and disturbs those that do.
• Lives in the wettest part of Oliander's wilderness, where even the bats are afraid to go, in a small hut on stilts quite resembling a birdhouse a hatchling would make and then forget about. Crooked and tall with chipped paint and a sagging thatch roof. This is her home and she hardly ever ventures more than a mile away from it.
• those who come to seek her potions and enchantments realize that she is not so scary as she seems just very off-putting.
• The queen tolerates her being there because she knows that though Hemlock is odd at best, she's harmless. She also realizes that she is far to attached to her small hut to leave even if The queen did order her to. So she lets her be
