Main Theme: HTTYD - New Tail

______ Malu is a peculiar being of the breeze, forged by the Windsinger to sing his song of the gales wherever the light may touch as a way to lift the spirits of all life on Sornieth. It is because of this that Malu cannot speak, but rather communicates through a soft collection of humming or trilling sounds. It appears to be ageless, and has a childlike curiosity and kindness about its nature. Malu is very strong, but due to its youthfulness, it needs a watchful guide to ensure it doesn't accidentally lose control of its powerful abilities. Its selflessness and innocence, while a noble cause, is also its greatest weakness; it doesn't seem to understand that some dragons may wish to manipulate it to get access to its many powers.

______ It is said that wherever Malu may go, any living thing that hears its angelic cries are promised eternal happiness. It's not uncommon for glimpses of this benevolent being to be accompanied by a rainbow thousands of feet above the clouds. Ice may occasionally crystallize upon its body when it flies in particularly cold regions, like the Snowfall Crevasse. According to legend, Malu is a manifestation of compassion and altruism, having given part of its soul during its birth to live within all dragons that came after it, so that they may find kindness in their hearts. Without Malu, many believe that a dragon's spirit would only fester in darkness and hatred.
