Kelvin

Born of a Plague father and a Lightning mother, both of great power, Kelvin has had to grow up quickly. As part of the ritual for Kelvin leaving home, his father gave him his familiar, one that was just like Viral's. His golden circuitry seems to act as a conduit for magical energies, but all it really does is spark at this point. Kelvin himself is self-reliant and free-spirited, wishing to learn everything he can about his inherited traits and his golden patterns, with the aid of scientific study. His original Graveyard Guardian familiar was named Pestilence, who intimidated Kelvin as much as protected him. Eventually, Kelvin outgrew this inherited familiar and gained the companionship of Nikolai, a more timid and intelligent friend and lab partner.
